I have a significant amount of experience designing and selling voice solutions (IP telephony, IVR, traditional phone systems), as well as Microsoft network solutions for SMB’s. Though I try to keep an open mind, I’ve got opinions, and will blurt them out from time to time.
I have a B.A. Mass Communication, High Honours (Magna Cum Laude, for those of a Latin bent) from Carleton University in Ottawa, Canada, and I’m a Microsoft Certified Technology & Small Business Specialist, with a number of additional IT vendor certifications.
I have 25+ years experience in various sales & marketing, and the technical stuff just came naturally to me (or as ‘natural’ as that stuff can be, I suppose).
